One year ago I was sitting under coconut and almond trees on a beach in Barbados, hand in hand with my new husband as the sun set. It was the perfect place to be. When we were choosing a honeymoon spot we had one main criterion--it had to be a foreign country that neither one of us had been to before. We enjoyed the culture, the food, the people, the rum punch, and most of all, the stunning scenery. I love looking through the photos both because they are beautiful and they evoke so many emotions for me. The island was gorgeous with its white sandy beaches and sparkling turquoise water. All ten nights we sat together and watched the sun set--what more romantic setting can you ask for? View a full post on Barbados in my Everyday Inspirations article here.
