photographer, designer, writer
This weekend was filled with a work photo shoot for an event in Farmington, an impromptu shoot off the Legacy highway, engagement photos in Sundance and pictures of a beautiful summer storm. From end to end of the Wasatch Front I had a gorgeous weekend of photos.
First enjoy an engagement preview of Trevor and Jesse.
A detour off Legacy Highway
My dad and I talk about how hard it is to drive on Legacy because everywhere you look is so stunning you just want to stop and take pictures. Well this time I did. I had fun taking photos and I found a Led Zeppelin CD on the side of the road. A win-win.
Rainbows to lightning from my window
I was actually editing photos from this weekend when I noticed this gorgeous rainbow over the mountains. It was so spectacular I couldn't stop looking at it. Then the rain started and I couldn't resist catching some photos of lightning from the protection of my own home. This is my first attempt photographing lightning, but I'm feeling like this is definitely something fun to play with in the future.
